Trails End Lodge is located in the heart of Southern Illinois wine country
on scenic Skyline Drive between Cobden and Alto Pass, Illinois.
The Lodge itself is not visible from Skyline Drive so watch for our sign.
From Anna: Take U.S. Highway 51 North to Wing Hill Road. Turn West (left) on Wing Hill Road and Drive 2 miles to Old U.S. Highway 51 in Cobden. Turn North (right). Follow Old U.S. 51, 1.5 miles to Skyline Drive. Turn West (Left) onto Skyline Drive, drive 1.3 miles to Trails End Lodge on your left.
From Carbondale: Take U.S. Highway 51 South out of Carbondale. Travel 8 miles to Makanda Rd. At the yellow smileyface water tower turn West (right) on Makanda Road. Immediately Turn South (left) onto Old Highway 51. Travel 6 miles to Skyline Drive. Turn West (right) onto Skyline Drive. Drive 1.3 miles to Trails End Lodge on your left.
From Murphysboro: Take U.S. Highway 127 South out of Murphysboro. Travel approximately 12 miles to the Town of Alto Pass. Turn East (left) on to Main Street in Alto Pass. As you exit Alto Pass, Main Street becomes Skyline Drive. Travel 2.5 Miles on Skyline Drive to Trail End Lodge on your right.
